RUDA does not acknowledge any use of the data for commercial purposes.

RUDA does not acknowledge redistribution of the data for any purposes.

Citation of the data

When you publish any material utilizing the data provided from RUDA, you should give credit to specify the data used within the materials.

The micro data was granted by the Rikkyo University Center for Statistics and Information Data Archive RUDA ([Survey name], [Year of survey], Depositor: [Name of Depositor], Distributor: Rikkyo University Center for Statistics and Information).

Submitting “Usage Report”

When the permitted period for data access has expired, please submit a “Usage Report” and (if there are) two copies of the materials.

Precautions when Making Inquiries

Any inquiries about the data must always be sent to the CSI. Please refrain from directly contacting the depositor(s).

Precautions during analysis

Although RUDA have carefully concealed any private information that contain any risk of identifying the respondents in the survey, if you find any private information within the data provided from RUDA that may lead to the identification of the respondents, please immediately notify the CSI and refrain from using such data that include any private information.
