本学では、剽窃・盗用等の不正行為への防止対策および適正な成績評価を行うため、提出されたレポート等に対してTurnitin社の類似性判定支援ツールを使用します。同ツールを使用するにあたり、提出されたレポート等はアーカイブ登録（本学以外の学術機関のチェックにも利用）され、本学とツールベンダーであるTurnitin社はレポートに関わる個人情報を共同利用します。
共同利用に関わる公示事項（個人データの項目、利用者の範囲など）については、Turnitin社の公開する利用規約(*1)及びプライバシーポリシー(*2)をご参照いただき、理解の上でご提出ください。
また、上記の個人情報の共同利用にあたって、iThenticate、Canvas LMSのTurnitin課題機能、BlackboardのTurnitin課題機能、立教時間の課題機能を使用する際には、提出者に対して確認画面を表示しています。同意した場合のみレポート等を提出することが可能となります。授業やレポート試験等において上記の課題機能を通じてレポート等（一部の研究科の修士論文含む）を提出する場合は、事前に同意画面の内容を必ず確認したうえで、提出を行なってください。
なお、同意画面は一度同意したのちには表示されませんが、利用規約やポリシーに変更があった場合は再度表示されます。同意画面が表示された場合は、改めて内容を確認し、同意してください。
The University uses Turnitin’s similarity check support tool for submitted reports, etc. This policy was implemented to prevent misconduct such as plagiarism and copying, and to ensure proper grade evaluation. When using the tool, the submitted reports, etc., are archived (and used for checking by academic institutions other than the University). As a result, the University and the tool vendor, Turnitin, will share personal information related to the reports.
Please refer to the End-User Licence Agreement*1 and Privacy Policy*2 published by Turnitin for public notification regarding joint use (items of personal data, the scope of users, etc.) and submit reports only after understanding them.
In addition, a confirmation screen is displayed to the submitter when using iThenticate,the Turnitin Assignment function of Canvas LMS, the Turnitin Direct Assignment function of Blackboard and the Assignment function of Rikkyo-Jikan on the occasion of the above-explained shared use of personal information. You can submit reports, etc., only if you agree to the terms. When submitting reports, etc., (including master’s theses from some graduate schools) through the above Assignment function for classes or report exams, etc., confirm the content of the consent screen before submitting.
Note that the consent screen does not appear once you have agreed, but it will reappear if any changes to the End-User Licence Agreement or the Privacy Policy are made. If a consent screen appears, confirm the content again and agree to the terms.
