2022年6月16日(木)SPIRITのInternet Explorerサポート終了について

2022年6月16日にMicrosoft社によるInternet Explorerのサポートが終了しました。
それに伴い、SPIRITにおけるInternet Explorerのサポートも終了します。
これまでInternet Explorerを用いてSPIRITを閲覧されていた方は、Google Chrome、Microsoft Edge、Firefox等他のブラウザをご利用ください。

How to apply

When submitting a Request /Application for Leave of Absence, Withdrawal from School, Requested Repeat of Year, or Extended -term Graduation (Completion), you must bring your Student ID card *1 and submit it along with the documents at the Academic Affairs Office counter at your campus.*2

*1 Please also bring your Student Commuter Pass Certificate when submitting a Request for Withdrawal from School.
*2 For the students enrolled in the Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Social Design Studies, and Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence and Science (Requested Repeat of Year is a program only for undergraduate students), please submit the documents at the Independent Graduate Schools Office.

Please follow the instructions in A) to C) below if the guarantor is submitting the documents on behalf of the student or if the student or the guarantor iis submitting the documents by post.


A)Submission in person by the guarantor
​Submission of the documents by the guarantor is accepted if the student is unable to hand them in due to studying abroad or illness. 

Please bring the guarantor's own ID (e.g. Drivers' License, Health Insurance Card, Passport) along with the documents. 


B)Submission in person by the guarantor’s spouse

Submission of the documents by the guarantor’s spouse is accepted if the student is unable to hand them in due to studying abroad or illness and the guarantor is also unable to hand them in due to work.


In this case, please bring the submitter's (spouse's) ID (e.g. Drivers' License, Health Insurance Card, Passport) as well as a photocopy of the guarantor's ID (e.g. Drivers' License, Health Insurance Card, Passport) and an official document (e.g. Certificate of Residence) which indicates the marital relationship of the guarantor and the submitter (spouse) or an Health Insurance Card which indicates the spouse's dependency. 


C)Submission by post
 The deadlines for submission of each document are as follows (i. to iii.). Please send the documents by registered mail.

i. Request for Leave of Absence / Request for Withdrawal from School => must be postmarked by the deadline.

ii. Application Form to Requested Repeat of Year => must be delivered by the deadline

iii. Application for Extended-term Graduation / Extended-term Completion => must be postmarked by the deadline

           *Please check the delivery rules of the post office on your own.
The submitter shall be the student or the guarantor.
If the student is the submitter, please enclose a copy of your student ID card . *
If the guarantor is the submitter, please enclose a copy of the guarantor’s own ID (driver’s license, insurance card, passport).


*Please enclose your student ID card and student commuter pass certificate when you mail the request for withdrawal from school.
