About Entry to Campus and University Reception Services (After September 20) (updated September 16, 2021)

Taking into account the societal circumstances concerning COVID-19, entry to campus and reception counter services are as follows.

* Please check here for the measures until September 19 regarding the entry to the campus and reception services.

* This may vary depending on the circumstances of contagion.


■ About Entry to Campus

1) About entry

* Please take your body temperature at home before commuting to school or work.

If your temperature is 37.5 or higher, you will not be allowed to enter campus. (Check here for details)

In principle, your body temperature will be taken when entering the campus at a temperature checkpoint.

Temperature check stations have been set up at multiple buildings on campus, so please take your temperature as needed on your own.

 

I. Students

Students must bring their Student ID Card when entering the university. It is necessary to present a Student ID Card at a checkpoint when entering.

II. Faculty and staff

Identification Cards are necessary when entering campus.

III. Those from outside the university community

Please contact the department of your visit in advance. The relevant department will provide instructions.

 

2) About entry locations (checkpoint and temperature-measurement locations)

Ikebukuro Campus : Main Gate*, Tucker Gate, Gakuin North Gate, Mckim Gate, South Gate to Bldg. No.5, Side Gate to Bldg. No.6

* The main gate gives priority to the entrance of students, so faculty members and visitors are kindly requested to use a gate other than the Main Gate.

Niiza Campus : Main Gate

 

3) Precautions

If your temperature is 37.5 or higher, you will not be allowed to enter campus. (Check here for details)

Be sure to wear a mask.

Carry out proper cough etiquette.

Be thorough in washing hands with soap frequently, as well as disinfecting hands as necessary.

■ About Reception Counters for All Administrative Offices

For in-person counter services during the above period, please contact us from 10:30-15:30 Monday-Friday or 10:30-12:30 Saturday after also checking “Measures for All Administrative Departments” below.

However, for each of the following departments are as indicated.
