Taking into account the societal circumstances concerning COVID-19, entry to campus and reception counter services are as follows.

* This may vary depending on the circumstances of contagion.

■ About Entry to Campus

1) About entry

* Please take your body temperature at home before commuting to school or work.

If your temperature is 37.5 or higher, you will not be allowed to enter campus. (Check here for details)

In principle, your body temperature will be taken when entering the campus at a temperature checkpoint.

Temperature check stations have been set up at multiple buildings on campus, so please take your temperature as needed on your own.

I. Students

Students must bring their Student ID Card when entering the university. It is necessary to present a Student ID Card at a checkpoint when entering.

・ Check here for face-to-face classes and classrooms enabled for students taking online classes on campus.

Check here for latest information on the course implementation policy.

II. Faculty and staff

Identification Cards are necessary when entering campus.

III. Those from outside the university community

Please contact the department of your visit in advance. The relevant department will provide instructions.

2) About entry locations (checkpoint and temperature-measurement locations)

Check here for details.

Ikebukuro Campus : Main Gate*, Tucker Gate, Gakuin North Gate, Mckim Gate, East Gate to Bldg. No.7, South Gate to Bldg. No.5, West Gate to Bldg. No.5, Side Gate to Bldg. No.6

* The main gate gives priority to the entrance of students, so faculty members and visitors are kindly requested to use a gate other than the Main Gate.

Niiza Campus : Main Gate

3) Precautions

If your temperature is 37.5 or higher, you will not be allowed to enter campus. (Check here for details)

Be sure to wear a mask. However, you may remove the mask outdoors if there is enough space between people and there is no conversation. (Added on May 25, 2022)

Carry out proper cough etiquette.

Be thorough in washing hands with soap frequently, as well as disinfecting hands as necessary.
