2022年6月16日(木)SPIRITのInternet Explorerサポート終了について

2022年6月16日にMicrosoft社によるInternet Explorerのサポートが終了しました。
それに伴い、SPIRITにおけるInternet Explorerのサポートも終了します。
これまでInternet Explorerを用いてSPIRITを閲覧されていた方は、Google Chrome、Microsoft Edge、Firefox等他のブラウザをご利用ください。

About Entry to Campus and University Reception Services (from September 20, 2022) (Partially added on March 10, 2023)

Taking into account the societal circumstances concerning COVID-19, entry to campus and reception counter services are as follows.

* This may vary depending on the circumstances of contagion.

* After April 1, the wearing of masks will be recommended in cases if you talk with others at insufficient distance, whether indoors or outdoors, and in cases where basic infection control measures (e.g., maintaining human distance, ventilation, etc.) are not sufficiently effective. ■ About Entry to Campus

1) About entry

* Please take your body temperature at home before commuting to school or work.

If your temperature is 37.5 or higher, you will not be allowed to enter campus. (Check here for details)

Temperature check stations have been set up at multiple buildings on campus, so please take your temperature as needed on your own.

 

2) About entry locations

Both Ikebukuro Campus and Niiza Campus will open and close the gates as usual.

 

3) Precautions

If your temperature is 37.5 or higher, you will not be allowed to enter campus. (Check here for details)

Be sure to wear a mask. However, you may remove the mask outdoors if there is enough space between people and there is no conversation.

* The wearing of masks by graduates, faculty and staff attending the Degree Conferral Ceremony (ceremony at Tucker Hall) in March 2023 will be left to the discretion of the individual. (added on March 10, 2023) 

Carry out proper cough etiquette.

Be thorough in washing hands with soap frequently, as well as disinfecting hands as necessary.

We ask that you make inquiries to any of the university’s reception counters from 9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday or 9:00-12:30 Saturday after also checking “Measures for All Administrative Departments” below. 

However, for each of the following departments are as indicated.
