V-Campus Terms of Service

Article 1 Purpose

These terms and conditions stipulate the matters necessary for the smooth operation and security measures of the internet service provided by Rikkyo University (hereinafter referred to as "Rikkyo V-Campus").

Article 2 Purpose of use

Rikkyo V - Campus aims to be used for the education and research of Rikkyo University and its related organizations.

Article 3 Eligibility for use

Rikkyo V-Campus users (hereinafter referred to as “users”)(be) enrolled Living, faculty and staff And only those individuals or organizations within the university that Rikkyo University has deemed appropriate.

Article 4 Compliance matters in use

Users must comply with the matters listed in the following items.

1. Do not use the network for any purpose other than research, education and management work
2. Do not use for the purpose of profit
3. Do not violate communication secrets
4. Do not use it to interfere with network operation
5. Make every effort to prevent the occurrence of fraudulent activity etc. on the network and connected computers

Article 5 ID and Password

1. Users shall be responsible for managing the ID and password that Rikkyo University assigns to users.
2. Users shall not allow a third party to use their ID and password, nor shall they lend, transfer, sell or otherwise dispose of their ID and password.
3. Rikkyo University is not responsible for errors in the use of IDs and passwords or damages due to the use of third parties.
4. If the user finds out that the ID or password may be abused or abused, he / she shall immediately notify Rikkyo University to that effect, and in accordance with the instructions from Rikkyo University I assume.

Article 6 Investigation

Rikkyo University may investigate usage status for the smooth operation and security of Rikkyo V-Campus services.

Article 7 Suspension of Use

Rikkyo University may suspend eligibility to use Rikkyo V-Campus if any of the following items apply or are likely to apply:

1. When the user uses Rikkyo V-Campus in an aspect that is illegal or clearly against public order and morals
2. When the user uses the Rikkyo V-Campus directly or indirectly in a manner that significantly affects the user's use
3. When the relevant ID or password is illegally used by a third party
4. Faculty Professor When the meeting finds it necessary
5. When the president's meeting deems it necessary
6. Rikkyo University information ethics When the regulations are violated
7. Others, Rikkyo University Media Center When it is deemed necessary

Article 8 Disclaimer

Rikkyo University shall not be liable for damages caused by the delay or interruption of the provision of services by Rikkyo V-Campus or in connection with the information provided.

Article 9 Amendment and abolition of the Terms

Rikkyo University may abolish or abolish this provision without obtaining the user's consent.
The revision and abolition of this agreement will be made by the President after the discussion of the Information Strategy Committee.

Supplementary provisions

These regulations shall come into effect on March 1, 2002.

Supplementary provisions
