このたびは、履修登録期間中にシステム不具合が発生し、多大なご迷惑とご不便をおかけしましたことを、お詫び申し上げます。

原因は、システム機器の一部部品の不調によるもので、4月4日（金）夜からアクセスが非常に困難な状態となっておりましたが、4月6日（日）未明に該当部品の交換を行い、現在は正常に利用できる状態に復旧しています。

なお、この不具合に伴い、抽選登録1次の締切を当初の4月5日（土）から4月6日（日）17:00まで、1日延長します。また、抽選結果の発表は4月7日（月）18:00に行います。

今後の履修登録に関するスケジュールや詳細については、SPIRITの「教務からのお知らせ」等を通じて4月7日（月）にご案内しますので、必ずご確認いただきますようお願いします。

To all students,

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disruption caused by the system malfunction that occurred during the course registration period.

The issue was due to a malfunction in a component of the system equipment, which made it extremely difficult to access starting on the night of Friday, April 4. However, the faulty component was replaced in the early hours of Sunday, April 6, and the system has since been restored to normal operation.

As a result of this issue, the deadline for the first lottery registration has been extended by one day, from the original deadline of Saturday, April 5 to Sunday, April 6 at 5:00 PM. The lottery results will be announced on Monday, April 7 at 6:00 PM.

Details regarding the course registration schedule moving forward will be announced on Monday, April 7 via “教務からのお知らせ(Notices from the Academic Affairs Office)” on SPIRIT. Please make sure to check this information carefully.
