Notice

1. Must-have items
   • Student ID card
   • Student commuter pass certificate
2. You must have a health checkup if
   
   • you want to use Paul Rusch Athletics Center or St. Paul's Aquatics Center
   • you will take class of the exercise or course of the workshop（2023 fall semester subjects or 2024 spring semester subject）
     
3. Clothes
   • Please wear a plain T-shirt, and do not wear clothes and shoes which is hard to put on and take off.
   • Please take off your accessories in advance.
     
4. Please wear your contact lenses or glasses if you usually use them.
   
5. Please contact us in advance if you need any help or special consideration for taking health checkup.
   
6. If you were not able to take this health checkup, please check this webpage.
   

Health Check Certificates

• 2023  Health checkup certificates("Kenko Shindan Shomeisho") will be issued from Oct. 10 (Tue.), 2023.
• Issuing offices
  • Ikebukuro Campus → Academic Affairs Office on 1st floor in Tucker Hall.
  • Niiza Campus → Academic Affairs Office on 1st floor in Bldg.7.
    
• In the following cases, we cannot issue health check certificates.
  • The student did not take the 2023 annual health checkup.
  • The health checkup has not been completed.
  • The necessary recheck including doctor's consultation has not been completed.

Annual Health Checkup Results

Health checkup results will be available from "Rikkyo Jikan" from early October.

2023年度 9月入学者用定期健康診断

9月入学者の2023年度の学生定期健康診断は以下の通りです。
配慮の必要な学生は事前に池袋保健室までご相談ください。

健康診断受診時の注意

1. 学生証と通学定期乗車券発行控を持参すること。
2. 各種実習・スポーツ実習を履修する者は必ず受診すること。（2023秋学期開講科目、2024春学期開講科目を履修する場合）
   
3. 胸部X線検査では、
   • ワイヤー、プラスチック、金具のついた下着の着用は不可。無地のTシャツ（ボタン、飾り、絵柄のないもの）を着用又は持参してくること。
   • 装身具（ネックレスなど）ははずし、髪の毛は肩にかからないように準備をしてくること。
   • ワンピースなど上半身着脱できないものは避けること。
     
4. 眼鏡、コンタクトレンズ使用者はお持ちください。
5. 貴重品は身につけ、所持品は少なくすること。貴重品の盗難や紛失には十分注意すること。
   
6. この健診を受けられなかった場合には、こちらのページ を確認してください。
   

健康診断の結果は 10月上旬より「立教時間」から確認できるようになります。

健康診断証明書の発行について

1. 健康診断証明書は教務事務センター（池袋：タッカーホール 1階 新座：7号館1階）内の自動発行機で発行する。
   発行開始 2023年10月10日（火）
2. 定期健康診断を受けていない場合や、未検の検査項目がある場合は健康診断証明書の発行はできない。
