2022年6月16日(木)SPIRITのInternet Explorerサポート終了について

2022年6月16日にMicrosoft社によるInternet Explorerのサポートが終了しました。
それに伴い、SPIRITにおけるInternet Explorerのサポートも終了します。
これまでInternet Explorerを用いてSPIRITを閲覧されていた方は、Google Chrome、Microsoft Edge、Firefox等他のブラウザをご利用ください。

The permitted period of stay for a foreign national with “college student” resident status is four years and three months, four years, three years and three months, three years, two years and three months, two years, one year and three months, one year, six months, or three months. International students whose period of stay is due to expire while they are still attending university must obtain an extension of their period of stay.

Please bring the necessary documents to the International Office so that we can check your documents before you submit them to the Immigration Bureau. After we have checked your documents, we will issue a two-sheet Application for Extension of Stay (filled out by the organization you belong to). Please have all of the above documents ready and go to the Immigration Bureau. (Please make sure to obtain this Application form before you go to the Immigration Bureau to apply as if you do not, you will need to prepare all of these documents again.)

■Necessary Documents: Submit the following documents to the International Office.

  1. One photograph (4cm high x 3 cm wide. Write your name on the back)
  2. Application for extension of period of stay (for applicant) form (special form from the Immigration Bureau)
  3. Photocopy of your Certificate of Enrollment
  4. Photocopy of your transcript
  5. Photocopies of both sides of your residence card
  6. Photocopy of your passport
  7. Photocopy of documents proving your ability to pay for your living expenses (only students born in China, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Mongolia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Nepal)
  8. Statement of reason
    If you have exceeded the standard period of attendance due to repeating a year, taking leave of absence, etc., write down the circumstances, reasons and your future plans on one sheet of A4 paper
