2022年6月16日(木)SPIRITのInternet Explorerサポート終了について

2022年6月16日にMicrosoft社によるInternet Explorerのサポートが終了しました。
それに伴い、SPIRITにおけるInternet Explorerのサポートも終了します。
これまでInternet Explorerを用いてSPIRITを閲覧されていた方は、Google Chrome、Microsoft Edge、Firefox等他のブラウザをご利用ください。

You must complete the procedures listed below at the closest city office after your arrival:

  1. Registration of Address in Japan
  2. Registration of National Health Insurance Plan
  3. Registration of National Pension Plan

Required Documents

Procedures

  1. Registering your address in Japan
    You must register your address in Japan with the Ministry of Justice at your local city office within 14 days of after you move to your place of residence. You need to complete the application forms and submit in order to register your address.
    If you change your address in Japan, you need to take your residence card to the city office in the district of your new place of residence within 14 days to register your new address.
  2. Register for the National Health Insurance (at National Health Insurance Section)
    Any person who has an address in Japan for more than 3 months must join the Japanese National Health Insurance. You need to submit the application for the insurance after you register your address. Since you do not earn any income at the time of your arrival in Japan, you need to note on your “National Insurance Tax Income Report Form” that you do not have any earned income in Japan to receive discount on your National Insurance Tax.
    After you complete the application for the National Health Insurance, you will receive either “the National Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate” or “the National Health Insurance Card”. If you receive the National Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate, your National Health Insurance Card will be mailed to your address later.
    Please keep the National Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate until you receive your insurance card.
  3. Register for the National Pension Plan (at National Pension Section)
    Even you stay in Japan for a short period of time, you are required to join the Japanese National Pension Plan.As a student, however, you can apply for the special waiver of the National Pension Plan by submitting designated form afterwards.
