New application procedure

Procedures will change depending on whether the applicant concurrently holds administrative and technical personnel, or when technical personnel apply. Please check which pattern is applicable.

  2. As the format of the new application is displayed, fill in the necessary items and click "ApplicationClick the button
    * Depending on the selection item of the connection network (blue frame), since the entry column is displayed additionally, please avoid missing the description.
    * If the technical person in charge (red frame) is the same as the person in charge of management, there is a flow to be omitted.

  3. Since the confirmation screen of the application content is displayed, confirm the content and "ConfirmClick the button to apply.
  4. Since the approval request will be sent to the administrator or technical personnel by e-mail, access the approval waiting list from the URL.

    Pattern B(If the administrative official applies, and the technician is a different person), the above e-mail will be sent to the technical staff.
    Pattern C(If the technical staff apply), the above e-mail will be delivered to the administrator.

  8. When the person in charge of system assigns IP and completes it, it will be notified to the administrator or technical personnel by the following e-mail.

FAQ

Q. I found a fix in the application. What should I do?

A.From the application history of the top screen, "DetailsThe screen transitions when you select, you can check / change.

Q. I can not hear from you about IP allocation completion?

A.Please confirm "state" from application history of top screen.

  • Administrator · waiting for approval→ Approval by the responsible person is required. Please check with the administrator who registered in the application.
  • Technical staff · Pending approval→ Approval by technical personnel is required. Please check with the technician registered in the application.
  • System administrator · Pending approval→ System administrator is allocating it. Please wait for a little while.
  • in use→ Allocation has already been completed. Please reconfirm whether the allocation completion contact has arrived. Also, please check whether there is an allocation completion mail in the spam box.
  • Remand→ There is something wrong and it is in a state that was returned. Please check the application contents and re-apply.

Please also reconfirm (in particular e-mail address) whether there is any mistake in the application contents.
