IT support (reservation required)The following support will be available to (be) enrolled by reservation in advance. - Login ・ How to participate in class ・ How to use microphone and camera

- Start Word, enter documents, save files

- Start Excel ・ Simple spreadsheet (four arithmetic operations) ・ Save file
- PowerPoint
- Start PowerPoint, enter characters and insert figures, save files
We are unable to provide support for the following:
- Support and advice course counseling, questions about class, report content, and other individual taking a course details
- Support for tools, systems, and content other than those provided by Media Center
- Questions and support regarding personal accounts and services other than V-Campus ID
- Setting up, operating and supporting personal devices such as PCs, smartphones and tablets

→ Please note that if the V-Campus ID used to access the reservation application form and Student ID Number entered at the time of application are different, the application will not be accepted (application will be invalid). - Since it is on a first-come, first-served basis, if the capacity is reached at the time of application, it will not be accepted.
- Please check the e-mail sent automatically after submitting the form to see if your desired schedule can be accepted.
- Applications cannot be made over the phone or at the counter.
