Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer on June 16, 2022.As a result, SPIRIT will no longer support Internet Explorer.If you have been browsing SPIRIT using Internet Explorer, please use other browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.

The V-Campus ID owner is the administrator who can issue and renew member V-Campus IDs and set the expiration date. In most cases, this role is held by a full-time faculty and staff of the department to which the member belongs.
outsourcing V-Campus ID used by employees on campus, such as scientists and visiting researchers, and V-Campus IDs for organization email addresses and second email addresses for personal use. Since there is no demarcation of “retirement” based on personnel information, the expiration date is set to one year.
For employees belonging to Rikkyo Kikaku, applications and management will be handled by Rikkyo Kikaku.
Full-time faculty and staff Will be issued by applying using the “V-Campus ID workflow”.
While the ID is in use, the "V-Campus ID: Owner" must apply for continued use. The "V-Campus ID: Owner" must apply for continued use once a year between February and March. Also, if the "V-Campus ID: Owner" resigns, continued use will no longer be possible, so please have another person take over as the "V-Campus ID: Owner."
When creating V-Campus ID, "the end of March of the following year of creation" will be the first expiration date.
After the expiration date is renewed, "the end of March of the next update" will expire.
After a certain period of time has passed since the expiration date (when the user resigns), the V-Campus ID will be suspended and you will no longer be able to use any V-Campus services.
